Bill, rest assured if you find a good reputable realtor (and always ask for references or ask friends who they have used and have had good experience with) you will find the home that is right for you regardless of whether or not the agent also has the home listed. A good agent will do the right thing Karen

Try looking for a Realtor under the Find A Pro tab at the top of the page. Don't work with listing agnets they aren't looking out for you. If thier working both sides of the transaction their primary concern is for themselves. See link below on how to find a great Realtor to represent you.

Bill,
Just need a little more information: what do you consider inexpensive? How many bedrooms and baths do you need or would you like? In a perfect world, what style would the house be? Do you want to do any updates and get a better deal on a home or have it move in ready? What things could you absolutely NOT live with? Thanks! Karen
