Hi,

I was just at Park West last week. What section of Park West are you interested in? Also - what are your concerns (i.e. do you have a boat, motorcycle, etc.?)

Let me know how I can help.

You will need to know which neighborhood in Park West that you are interested in. Each section may have different covenants & restrictions. A Realtor will help you gather this information. Are you represented by a Realtor?

Hi BK

There are a couple of ways to see a copy.

1.) pay for it and get the full set and minutes from the HOA

2.) call an agent who has sold a home recently and see if he can share any details about any issues
At Park West

3.) go to the complex and talk to a few neighbors and see what they have to say.

There are generally, notice boar that list the key members of the board and their phone numbers call them.

Hope this helps.

Good luck.

HOA's charge for copies of the CCRs;
They also may not do this for an outsider.
I would recommend stopping by the Complex, meeting some of the residents;
This could accomplish two things; you will find out what it is like to live there, and someone may loan you their CCRs to copy yourself at Kinko's, (probably save some money too).
