Susan The court records show the Sheriffs auction was on 11/01/2013 at 10am and did sell. Bank of America was the lein holder and the judgement amt was $36,000. To verify this information you can search the website by name. Its probably listed under the name of Susan Pigeon. Thanks for your question.

You can contact the county assessor's office in the county you live in and ask them if it sold at sheriff's auction as well.

You can check the OSNC website to look up your foreclosure case. That will give the date of the Sheriff Sale. They will always "sell" Generally the sale is just the legal action of the bank taking the home back to their name and now will proceed with listing and selling the home. It is possible a individual bought it but highly unlikely.

In Oklahoma, if you go to and search the dockets by a person's name, you can see what the results are/were for the foreclosure action.

Best of luck!

You can search your county's website, review the tax bill and see if there were any recent sales listed. If not, the county usually keeps a running list of up and coming sheriff's sale if you google your address and sheriff's sale for your county.
