Hi, You should seek your own representation. If the home is listed with an agent, keep in mind that agent represents the sellers best interest and will use any information you give them against you in a negotiation. Even things finances, motivation etc, so have some one representing your best interests. Once you have someone haelping you they can submit your offer and help guide you through the process. Of course you can do this without representation and go directly to the agent or seller if not represented.

Hello!
Contact a local real estate professional. Ask friends and family for a referral. Usually if they've had a good experience they'll rave about their agent.
Good luck with your offer!

Dear Woman107@aol.com - Congratulation on being prequalified! Lots of home buyers put the prequalifing process off until buyer are desperate to make their offer & most sellers won't look at an offer when the buyer isn't qualified. You're a step aread of lots of buyers. The next step is to look at the homes sales in the area you are interested in making your offer. You can do that on your own or you can work with a with an experienced real estate broker who is VERY familiar with the homes in the area you want to buy so you can be guided about price. You need to see a good comparative analysis of homes presently on the maket - what they're selling for and how long it's taking for them to sell. The same would be for all sales and for homes that were put on the maket that did not sell. Interview some real estate agents. There's lot of criteria you can review on line about how to interview & select an agent. Good luck with that! Let us know if you buy the house!!!

Consult with a realtor in your area. A realtor will present your offer and guide you about the market value of the property.

Easy!
Contact a local real estate agent to represent you and let your agent know what home you would like to purchase.
Good Luck....
