Did you check your county's recorded documents?

If this is a regular resale transaction, they will come automatically from the title company, and our standard AAR Residential Purchase Contract gives you five days from receipt to accept or reject those CC&Rs.
You can also access them from Pima County, as they are public records, but this will take you some time, and a bit of money if you want photocopies. Visit the Pima County Recorder's website here:
http://www.recorder.pima.gov/
or in person at 115 N Church Av
