Your best bet is working with a Naples Realtor such as myself. We have access to sales history based on geographic area, community, type of home, size of home, price range, time period, etc. Let me know exactly what you're looking for, and I can personalize a report that will give you the precise information you're looking for.
If you only get your information from sites like Trulia (a great site, by the way), you are not guaranteed to see the complete picture. Plus it's difficult honing in on your exact specifications.

Naples is within Collier County, Florida. The site referenced below may provide you with the data that you are seeking.

Collier County was created in 1923 from Lee County. It was named for Barron Collier, a New York City advertising mogul and real estate developer who had moved into Southwest Florida and established himself as a prominent land owner. He agreed to build the Tamiami Trail for what was then Lee County (Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades & Charlotte Counties) in exchange for favorable consideration with the state legislature to have a county named for him.

Sales price information is available on the local county website tax records. This is a public site that you can access--play around on that site--there is a fair amount of information available to you--a realtor can also be very helpful in assisting you with historical information on a property.
