You made a simple and common mistake. You actually believed that a realtytrack listing was real. It is not.

Realtytrack lists a house that is behind on payments and shows that, not what it is for sale price is.

To find a foreclosure or short sale ask any realtor near you. They can all access real foreclosures for sale.

Anytime you find a foreclosure listed that says sign up for a free trial (or pay me now) walk away. It is not worth your money.

You can search for homes on my website: this site is directly linked through an IDX feed to the back-end MLS/MRIS system where all the Realtors enter their listings. In addition, I have a site that can help you look at trends in a neighborhood at

Once you find a home you are interested in, I would be happy to schedule showings for you. I can also set you up with automatic feeds right from the MLS that match your criteria. This includes fresh listings as well as price adjustments. If you are interested, please contact me at 301.424.8272 or email me at

Are you talking about the property at 7835 Orcle Place? According to a website I subscribe to, this property is now bank owned. I subscribe to a website that lists all the properties that are in the various stages of foreclosure. I would be happy to share the information regarding this property and others like it. Please email me at:

I am a realtor licensed in DC, MD, VA. My website is:

Contact a local Realtor. They can show you any property that is listed in the MLS system. Some times foreclosures are only in the preliminary stages and are not actually available for sale. Once it is actually available for sale by the bank your realtor will get immediate notification if you are interested in that neighborhood.
