Just as Pamala advised, a local real estate professional is your best resource.
Pamala phone number is on her Trulia profile.

There are two numbers in which you should have interest.
They are:
Days on Market (DOM)
Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM)
Pamala can advise you regarding the significance.

If you are serious call,
Don't use that 'contact' button.
Don't use Trulia email.
Go old school and pick up the phone, if you are serious.

Best of success to you,

This and many more questions can be asked of your Realtor:
Since all REO's are handled by Realtors, it would behoove you to enlist the aid of a Buyer's Agent.
Since Foreclosures encompass 70% of the Market, you'll probably end up there.

Good luck and may God bless
