Get in touch with your Realtor and they can check and see if it is. You can also check with your lender or go to the VA website to see if it's listed.

Use this website to see if a condo development is VA or FHA approved. Another way is... once you've identified a development, get the HOA phone number and ask them directly. They should know. You can also call any listing agent and they should know if their listing is FHA or VA approved.

Realty,

Do you know the name or address of the Condo development? I have no problem looking that up for you. I work with VA buyers.

Hi Realty,

You can check the VA approval status of condo projects at the following website:

Hope this helps - good luck!
