Kimberly Bri…, Home Buyer in Glastonbury, CT

How do I avoid seeing all the 'short sales' and forclosures in my search? It is annoying and tedious to weed through them! Any?

I would be happy to set you up in the MLS to receive listings automatically if you could send me your search criteria. Or you can use my web site to search for properties and it allows you to select the term NONE - tammyhayesre.mfr.mlxchange.com. You can also use my RE/MAX web site to search for properties - http://www.tammyhayes.remax-florida.com/.

Our advanced search allows you to include, include only, or exclude short sales from your search. Feel free to try it here.

The "short sale" option is just above the search button.

For the last few years, the Market has consisted of 70-80% "distressed" property.
This like going to a Used Car lot when you only want to buy a new car.
Sorry that it is annoying and tedious for you.
