Hi Masahiro!
I don't work in any of those areas, but here are some things to look for when you're hunting for a good Realtor:

1. They need to know A LOT about the current real estate market as well as the economy in general.
2. They need to know even more about the cities and towns that you're looking to purchase a home in, and they need to know loads about specific communities, neighborhoods and areas within those cities and towns.
3. They also need to know a lot about real estate in general. This doesn't mean that they need 30 years of experience, it just means that they need to know what they are doing!
4. A Realtor who listens to you is also very important...if you say that you're looking for something $250k or less and they consistently show you homes that are above that, they are NOT listening!

I hope you find a great Realtor! Good luck!

Finding the right Realtor is perhaps as important as finding the right doctor and lawyer. Interview several...but work with only one...loyalty in both directions is very important! You should work with one who has a significant knowledge of the community or communities in which you are looking, and understanding of current market issues and one who works with a company that offers a full range of one-stop shopping/in-house services and vendors. This helps ensure greater success in achieving your ultimate goal because of their ability to coordinate the flow of paperwork and approvals.

Good morning!
You should look up agents who specialize in those areas. Certification and designations also are helpful to show the realtor is committed to their field. How quickly an agent responds to you and the type of information they give you is also very crucial.

We suggest that you contact or call them 800-462-8841 to ask for a Realtor with a CRS designation because these agents have extensive education, years of experience, and outstanding sales results for buyers and sellers. Fewer than 4% of Realtors nationwide achieve this distinctive recognition. You may also wish to ask for a CRS Realtor who also have an ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative designation in that they have additional courses to aid buyers.

You are in a uniquely positive position as a first time homebuyer right now with the new government incentive program that offers you 10% of the purchase price up to $8000 in tax credits to help you purchase a home. In addition, you can work with your Realtor and mortgage broker to find the best interest rates that have been available for many years. In addition, the prices for homes are especially low right now in this Buyer's Market. All this creates a perfect opportunity to purchase now,
