That is a good question. Sometimes people are inquiring about properties that are all ready sold yet the agent should always call you back. To verify if a property the status of a property it is always good to check http://www.Realtor.com If you're looking for a home in a certain area you may want to contact a couple of major Real Estate Companies in the area and interview a few Agents. Select one that you feel best about and have them work for you. Keep in mind Buyers typically do not pay Buyer Agent fees. Good Luck
