Trulia is a National website. In order to do the search separating Fee Simple and Leasehold properties, you need to consult the local MLS. Your local realtor will have access to this kind of information.

You may go to the http://www.hicentral.com website, it gives you various options to search properties, one of the options is Land Tenure, you may select Fee Simple.

Let me know if I could help you with other concerns.

In the advanced search tab, you can choose either Fee Simple or Leasehold in the "Land Tenure" drop-down menu: http://www.hawaiihomelistings.com/search/advanced_search/
