Call the better business bureau, look on yelp and any other social media avnues and ask the question to Facebook friends or on forums. Also call a realtor. They should help you negotiate the best deal. Many times the builders or builders reps skimp out on giving the best deals to the clients that come directly to them. The realtors know what they can ususally ask for and get them to agree to for their clients. I have been able to get my clients many extras that most other agents would not have thought of asking for in favor of the clients.

I would love to help you with any other specific questions.
