The information that Aaron provided you is much more insightful and is easily available to all Realtors. It helps you determine a little more of the story of the history of the property. It is also important information and needs to be analyzed as to what type of sale has taken place on comparable properties when helping a consumer determine the fair value of a home. Was it Bank Foreclosed, Bank Sold, a short sale or an owner transfer, just one more reason to have a Realtor on your team when purchasing a home.
