Have your agent find out. They just call up the association.

A condo/townhome association's rental policies are rarely shown in the public remarks of the listing. Most listing agents accurately provide the information in the agent remarks or via a specific entry in the MLS, and in all cases, it should be verified by contacting the association directly. If you are interested in purchasing an investment property, you will be well served by consulting with a reliable agent who can help you find properties that match your requirements.

Why not simply work with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information....
