I'm way late for this one but it just popped up on my radar so here goes anyway.

If you haven't purchased your manufactured home yet contact us. I have a dealer in Oregon to refer you to.

Please feel free to log onto our Trulia or Active Rain blog for more comprehensive information about the MH Industry.

Or you can check our our website and give us a call or drop us an email. We are RE Brokers, Manufactured Home Dealers and licensed, bonded and insured General Contractors and have been actively engaged in the MH Industry statewide for almost 3 decades.

We also do "Lonnie Deals"

With regards to financing or refinancing a Manufactured Home - there are fewer lenders than years past; I personally specialize in financing double or triple wide only. I know that American General will finance single wides but with less than desireable rates (compared to conventional lenders).

Manufactured Homes are somewhat affordable and have many nice ammenities. For the past 7 years I've gone to the Manufactured home show at the Salem fairgrounds to see the different manufacturers designs and options. Palm Harbor typically produces upper end products but all of the companies represent very nice Manufactured Homes !

If you need advice or current information related to financing (or refinancing) I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Dear Ciarra,

First I would want to put you in touch with a kender who can do a mobile home purchase. I do work with one, Matt & Bonnie Saikkonen Check them out first.

They can help you with the financing and I could help with the purchase agreement if you like. Maufactured homes are a bit of a different task and it's important that you work with someone who has done this before.

As always I ask what is the reason you are interested in a manufactured home?

Dear Ciarra,
Do you want to buy a mobile manufactured home that is already on its own land, or do you want one that is in a park where you rent the space? If you need financing the best thing to do is to talk to a lender who will finance manufactured or mobile homes. I just closed a deal on a manufactured home which was on its own land. I have a few lenders that I can recommend to you. Please let me know if you would like their information?
