Hi Maria,
I would be happy to help you with that. Just give me a call 972-922-9831. It also depends on your own credit scores, needs, the competition in the market. Remember, when you buy a home or condo the Real Estate Agent fees are "free" to you because the seller pays these. I suggest you protect yourself and let a Realtor help you make the best decision--even if it's not me.

Hi Maria,

For downpayment amount is based on the lender requirement.

You can email me at dixondfw@gmail.com and I can send you info on a few lenders I have used.

Thanks

Typically before you buy we look at a lot of different factors of what prices should be.
Then discuss the strategy and come up with an offer.

Is that what you mean?

Or do you want to know how much loan you can get? If that is the question we work with a great loan officer who can help on this part. That's really the first step, including figuring out what programs you qualify for and how much down payment you will need, and what your monthly will be.

Downpayment will be determined by the lender. Can range from 3-20% of the purchase price. Contact one of us real estate agents who have responded to prepare a Market Analysis.

Down payment is governed by the lender what their requirements are based on purchase price of the townhome, credit scores, and much more.

Most lenders do require at least 3.5% or more based on purchase price.

Contact my office today where I can show you many amazing homes work with your family specifications and lender requirements

To get a market analysis you just need to contact a local Realtor or two and have them come to see the property. Ask them questions and get some answers and see how you like the agent. Down payments are based on the type of loan you get, not on prices of property. Earnest money deposits can be a percentage of the purchase price, but you can offer any amount you want and the seller can accept it or ask for more. Your Realtor will explain all this to you.
