Some do not look too bad but others look like they need repair? Is this a desirable area?

Hi there,
Have seen your posts on Trulia before and it appears that you have not selected a Buyer's Agent to assist you yet. As your Buyer's Agent I can do the shopping for you based on the criteria that we discuss. Your search could be less stressful and since I would be able to do the preinspection of locations by takiing additional pictures or setting up a time for you to preview them together with me we could get you into one of the awesome condo buys alot quicker.

If you visit then you will be able to have a private search of the Florida Gulfcoast MLS and asked specific questions to me from each listing that you have interest in.

Once again I am happy to help you find an area that meets your needs based on the criteria that we discuss for you. Realtor laws are very specific on how we are able to answer certain questions so I am sorry for being so vague on this one.

Hope to hear from you!
