Born, Raised, Live and work down the street from Ellis school. This is a great location and walking distance to downtown. Values are going up and will continue to go up.

Real estate values are up in our area and all indicators state this trend should continue. Most analysts are stating for at least a year and then perhaps stable 3-6% increases per year.

We can only predict the present, which is; inventory is very low, interest rates are low, consumer confidence is high, unemployment is recovering, and Sunnyvale has been a desired neighborhood for manyyears. Providing nothing catastrophic, such as a war, major earthquake, or other factors outside of our view, it should be a good decision to purchase in most areas in Santa Clara County.

Have an amazing day!

The values will increase - the inventories are extremely limited now while economy is doing fairly well in Bay Area. I don't expect to the explosive growth like in the past couple of years but there is no decline any time soon either.
