Hi has anyone started doing foreign investor mortgages? We are only looking to borrow around $40 to $50K on a purchase of $150K. Is there a minimum?

just had a rep from an affiliate of Wells Fargo speak at a Realtor meeting. She does them

Mogmel, you probably need to look for a loan of at least $50K to get funding, but every bank in Miami does these regularly.
