Hi Matthew - No, there are no developments in the Santa Fe area that are age-limited. Some communities tend to have more folks aged 55-plus than under, but that's due to self-selection and may have more to say about price and location than anything else. For instance there are two high-quality communities very close to town that come immediately to mind where I doubt there are more than a few, if any, people of child-rearing age. Yet even there, there are no age restrictions.

if you'd like to hear about these or any other communities around Santa Fe that I feel have a higher preponderance of one age group vs. another, please write or call:

Hello Matthew,

There are not specifically age 55 communities in Santa Fe. But Eldorado, just 10 minutes outside of Santa Fe, is a community with a very large group of semi-retirees and retirees. This active community offers great mountain views, walking and hiking paths, community center with pool and tennis and a full range of ammenities including wonderful restaurants and shopping centers. To become familiar with Eldorado, please go to eldoradosf.org.

If I can be of further help, please contact me at mvonreiter@msn.com. I look forward to speaking with you.

Best regards,
