Congratulations! Buying your first home is a great experience. You need a good, reliable agent. Talk to your friends and see if they have a Realtor they liked. If not, feel free to contact me. I belong to a network of Realtors throughout the country and I am sure we could find you a good one.

You are right - it can be VERy nerve-wracking, and it's an EXCELLENT idea to get a buyer's agent. There are manytposts that describe how to select one. Best of luck, and enjoy your new home!

It 's not complicated I believe some do make it that way, locate a home that works in your budget then the realtor and mortgage broker make the rest happen for you. http://www.lynn911.com
