Hi Pat,

The condo fees and taxes of similarly sized 1 BR units at Seacrest and the Regency are essentially the same (roughly 265-289 respectively) and the taxes are very comparable as well. That said,in my opinion you get more bang for your buck a the Regency because the condo fee includes your electric and you get a fitness center and year round security as part of the package.
