We have been living in Roselle (near Elizabeth, exit 137 GSP) since 1986. Roselle was a quiet town until several gangs moved in and became responsible for several murders last year. Homes in Roselle have seen an incredible rise in property taxes also. Our property taxes went from $1,400 in 1986 to over $8,500 now. Our home has 4 BRs, 1 bath, enclosed front porch, LR/DR/full Kitchen, full attic, full basement, hot water/gas, driveway, den, laundry, and mud rooms, "A-frame-colonial" home with wood siding on a 50x200 lot. Our last mayor lost his job because of a DUI charge, and now "unruly neighors" have moved into our "once" quiet town. My wife and I need to sell our home fast so that we can live close to our daughter near the shore (Howell, Keyport, Hazlet, etc.). So, if any real estate experts can guide us in our quest we would be very grateful. My email is: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank You.
