Hi there. I am a teacher at Mandarin high school as well as a realtor. Mandarin has been a B school for the last 3 years offering advanced placement and other college preparatory programs. Twin Lakes Academy and Mandarin Middle School also have great reviews on greatschools.org if you want more info. If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them. Feel free to give me a call at 904-859-9500.

Hi Mary,

This area is not in Mandarin proper and considered to be Greenland with its own zip code, 32258. Would take about 10-15 minutes to get to Mandarin proper. Here is a link to the city of Jacksonville, which covers 850 square miles, website that will have the school information you are looking for as well as other information about the city: http://www.coj.net .

As you are relocating from San Antonio, I've moved 17 time, if I can be of assistance please contact me toll free at 877-331-3359.

Wishing you all the best

Mary, this is considered Mandarin North. Greenland Road becomes Loretto Road when it crosses St. Augustine, and much new construction has been on Greenland Road for years. Very stable area, with good schools and easy access to highways so owners can work in many parts of town without stress.

Decent shopping is close by - Whole Foods, Publix and Target are not far away on San Jose. If you want a school report, go to my site http://www.PattiODwyer.ListingBook.com, create a free account and look that this property. Under community information, they give you great school information.

Hello Ms. Byrne,

You can find the school ratings at http://schoolgrades.fldoe.org/
You'll want to check the following schools
Greenland Pines
Mandarin Elementary
Mandarin Middle School
Mandarin High School
They are currently A rated schools.

Obviously any realtor can beg for your business, however, I would advise you that not all real estate agents are a like. Take just a few moments to visit our sites, http://www.TomRineberg.com and http://www.SpectrumRealtyCo.com and when you're ready, please give me a call and I'll explain why choosing me and my company to help you find and close on a home will be a different experience.

Talk to you soon,
