Has anyone used NACA to purchase a home in Brooklyn? If so what was your experience?

Asked by Carol, 11217 Wed Mar 2, 2011

Looking into NACA as an alternative to traditional mortgage process. I've already started to look into working with a mortgage broker, but I wanted to know if anyone has had any luck in the NYC area using NACA. I've seen horror stories online but it could save me tens of thousands of dollars...

Listen to the stories.

If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck has feathers like a duck -

Guess what?

Traditional financing may be more expensive - but it is a known entity. Don't be drawn into a program that is proven to have lots of problems.

Good Luck!
