Lynn is correct, Appraisals are not public information, but rather a private estimate of value usually for a purchase transaction. However, due to the new HVCC regulations, Appraisal prices have increased in cost to 350-450 for a normal, single family home.
I am wondering though, are you thinking about the Assessed Value of the home? This is a pricing model developed by the County to charge taxes. This valuation IS public information, and can be found by contacting the county real estate tax offices.
