Taxes on this unit with current owner are irrelevant. A sales contract will stipulate that. Your taxes will become approximately 2%, (probably a little more depending on mileage rate), of the sales price if it is a regular sale from an owner. Realtors need to disclose this.

It has an unobstructed ocean view, and their are plans to place sculpture in the park on the ocean side of Collins Ave. it will be renamed Altos del Mar Sculpture Park. My son Joe and I work together he lives just a few blocks down Collins Ave.
