We saw your other question about Coronado as well. There has been a dramatic shift in the foreclosure market in San Diego over the past year. It has changed from 15% - 17% of homes on the market to 1.5% - 3% of homes on the market. The banks have found more solutions for people to keep in their homes and other ways to disperse inventory more effectively than moving one home at a time.
