I'm not seeing any foreclosed homes currently for sale in the Village like you asked about. Sometimes the way Trulia displays foreclosed properties can be confusing. I recently wrote a blog about finding foreclosures on Trulia. I'll put a link to it in the web reference below. That should answer all of your questions.

Are you interested in buying a foreclosed home? Is that what you are trying to tell us?

Hi Stephanie,

We saw your other question about Coronado as well. There has been a dramatic shift in the foreclosure market in San Diego over the past year. It has changed from 15% - 17% of homes on the market to 1.5% - 3% of homes on the market. The banks have found more solutions for people to keep in their homes and other ways to disperse inventory more effectively than moving one home at a time.

Please contact us if we can be of assistance to further clarify market conditions in San Diego.

Best to you,

You are really limiting yourself if you only want to look at foreclosures.
