getting back to you Pam, the Village of South Walton Beach is close to Rosemary, which is a very beautiful community, so your proximity to a very special location is great. It is a newer community, close to the location for the new international airport to be built. It is not so established in the rental market as is the Inn at Gulf Place. The Inn at Gulf Place is more well established with more established rental histories, as you can tell from my previous answer. I can quote rental prices to you for the Inn at Gulf Place--not so available for the Village at South Walton Beach. I hope this helps. If I can be of further assistance to you, do not hesitate to contact me.

I am wondering if you are referring to the Villas at Santa Rosa Beach? Those bring considerably higher rental prices than the Inn at Gulf Place. For example, a studio apartment at Inn at Gulf Place will bring you around 504/week. 1bedroom, 1 bath about 889. The villas at Santa Rosa Beach bring considerably more, but your initial outlay will be more, too. Also take into consideration homeowner association or condo fees, because that will impact your income level as well. Contact me for additional information.
