Financing a mobile home in OK

Asked by Rich, 19506 Wed Oct 1, 2008

I am relocating to OK and am looking at purchasing a mobile home. I am having a little touble with financing. my credit is great and money is there but it seems like no one is financing them right now. Is this true?

By the way the moble is a double wide and it sits in its own land and is permanent.

Yes Rich, Manufactured Home financing is a tad more difficult than standard Single Family Financing. Even though there are banks who lend on manufacured homes, the tough part is finding them. Flagstar Bank is one of the banks who lends on Manufactured Homes. Also, FHA will do manufactured homes so even if your credit is good enough for Conventional financing, that is another option.

If you have any questions, I would be glad to help you.
I can originate in all 50 states so if you need help getting qualified, don't hesitate to contact me.
