Family moving end of the summer to Denver area. Can't find a school that has a strong special ed & gifted & talented program (or 2E). Suggestions?

I've narrowed it down to the Cherry Grove and Boulder Valley school districts, but the school vary greatly.

As a former teacher for 12 years here, the best advice I can give is you want to talk with the administrators about your specific needs. Each school will be very different when it comes to special needs on both ends of the spectrum. Outside of July, the principal is usually around the school. I would be hesitant to give any more specific advice than this and be wary of anyone who does having been inside the system and knowing that special needs requirements are very different for each child.

Research Mapleton school district. Wonderful school system with newer facilities and focus on S.T.E.M. Just North of the Denver, Colorado area, you may find it meets your needs.

I worked in education for 4 years, have 2 kids and know the school districts well. Denver has a school of choice program. Call me and I can go through some options with you.

Consider further researching on your own and don't simply just entertain what other people think or say, another's opinion may not be anywhere near the best thing for you; perhaps the links below may be of some help...
