Social Sevurity and Disability are viable income sources:

You need to find a good mortgage person to help you.

Good luck and may God bless

Yeppers, get a copy of your awards letter from SSA, easy to document. You will need that when you apply for the loan so get it in advance, the key to a smooth loan application is being prepared.

USDA loans are somewhat a niche product, find a lender that has closed them in the past, you do not want to be the test case for a lender.

I just helped someone with a USDA on social security. You just have to meet the credit score guidelines and income guidelines. You can find a list of lenders on USDA's Website!
