Hi Grant,

You need to read the verbiage in your contract. If it says 'per day' that would include the weekends. If it says 'per business day', it would not include weekends. What does your Realtor say?

Probably yes. Refer back to the contract.
By the way I have negotiated these away before.
Doesn't hurt to ask if you think you will have to pay them.

It should say in the per diem section of your contract if it includes non business days which would be weekends.
