Does buying in a building with below market rate (BMR) units affect property values?

I am interested in buying a unit in a 30-condo building. There is at least 1 BMR unit in the complex, and it is next door to mine. The building and the unit are very nice. But will the presence of BMR unit(s) affect my property value?

Like everything else that impacts real estate values, it depends on the details: where it is, what it is, how it is. If there isn't anything about the BMR resident or owner that causes a problem for the neighbors or HOA, then it's presence will not likely have much impact. As a comp with a lower value,
it should be noted why it's value is so low, and be ignored. If I'm wrong, others will correct me.
