Does anyone know what the red line means on the price comparison chart? Is that the price for homes in Hunter Green?

Hi J.D.,

It's the the radius of comparables. It starts comparing properties only within Hunter's Green (red line) then expands to the zip code (blue line) and last the City of Tampa (green line).

J. D. Typically, comparables being within the subdivision (at least two that closed in the last 30,60, 90 days), then similar properties in nearby subdivision (up to one mile radius is allowable). The comparables from the subdivision carry the greatest weight.
