Sales history on a single property is useful but you will get more usable info looking at comparables for the neighborhood or sub-division. All of the sale records should be on file with the county but you may have to downtown to get the info from the county registry. It would depend on what you need the information for to determine how hard you want to chase it. if it is just for value there are easier and more accurate ways. If you are looking for a previous owner you would need to look at the deed registry.
