We have lived here two years and greatly enjoy it. It is our first time to buy new and we have not been disappointed in the townhome or community.

Hi Ed, ironically, I just had a settlement at the Mews at Bailey station (new construction sale - and yes, they were first-time home buyers). My buyer is a great guy and I'm sure he'd be willing to share his experience and tell you more about the community (as can I). I could conduct a 3-way call between us. Let me know if you're interested. I worked with this buyer (now homeowner) for more than 6 months, so I'm pretty familiar with all the comparable new construction properties in this price range. In fact, there's a hot, new, affordable community that is selling like hotcakes (also New 3 BD townhomes). I'd be more than happy to share more information with you ... just give me a ring @ 484-888-4603.
