This is a personal preference. What are you looking for in a property? Features in your home? What are you looking for in an area?

Sagefield has many great bargains, including bank owned properties.

Give me a call, I would like to discuss you financing options to get you into one of the great homes

Its close to Gardere... Ask your real estate agent. They should be very familiar with the area.

You should be able to contact the local Sheriff's office or State Trooper office and request information about the crime rate in that area. Also, drive around the subdivision during different peak hours and speak with some of the residents already living there. If they love their neighborhood -- they will gladly share information with you about it.

If you haven't already been pre-approved for a mortgage, I would love to help!

Good area as far as??? Price, ammenties, investment, close to LSU, crime? That depends on what you are looking for. If you do not already have an agent, and you are looking to purchase a home in Baton Rouge, I'd be glad to help you. I am familiar with that area as well as Baton Rouge metro area.
