Yes we do. I have done several in the past year and all have been a win/win situation for the owner in the distress property and the buyer willing and able to buy at a fair price.
The owner has to satisfy certain requirements for the lending company to approve the short sale. I'm a Certified Distressed Property Expert CDPE, experienced in the short sale process. Also, due to the intensity of negotiations in short sales, we are able to process the sale quicker since we have a dedicated short sales legal team at our office at no cost to the owner.

involved as well. As a buyer you need you need to know where a Listing
stands both before and during the contract period. As a Seller you need
frequent updates on the progress of the Selling Plan including Lender

Yes if you mean the agent can sell your home before it is a final foreclosure. Usually that is a way of "buying time" with your servicer. Let them know your home is listed and complete their paperwork. Many real estate companies have whole departments devoted to this very task. Also based on the way the market is now, with limited inventory, you probably will sell your home quicker than before.
