You need to start be meeting with a local and trusted Loan officer. I can certainly assist you with that. The loan officer can prequalify you at no cost and let you know what is available after looking at your credit and financials. There are many programs available, they can outlone the benefit and cost of each. AFter looking at your financial picture they can let you know your best option. Yes, check out the NH Housing Finance Authority...http://www.nhhfa.org/. They can provide a list of lenders offering loans with only 3% down. They even have a program that grants $ to help with closing costs.
