Doany of the parks represent make exceptions to the 55 rule?

Both of the answer below are correct. However, you would need to ask your Realtor to check into the community that you liked to make sure the 80/20 ratio is already met or still available. This to help you avoid wasting your time looking into some of the communities that their ratio already met.

sure. only 80% of occupants need to be over 55. also folks under 55 can purchase too. there are some very nice over 55 communities in my area , please let me know if you need help with ay of them. alan@frontlinefloridarealty.com

Assuming you are asking about 55 and over communities, they all must have 80% of residences with at least 1 person living there being 55 or over. This means that 20% of the homes do not. This is because if a person 55 an over dies and all left behind are younger, they cannot be thrown out. A younger person can also purchase a home for their parents. Was this answer helpful?
