Absolutely! REC homes are becoming more and more prevalent in today's economy. In the MLS there is a place where the broker can indicate whether or not the seller is willing to do owner financing! Hope that helps with your question.

Yes, there is a place to answer "YES" to RECs (owner financing). The interesting thing is that many people don't even know that they would be willing to do this until the circumstance arises where another Realtor calls their Realtor and asks if the seller would consider it. As long as they are in need of getting out of the home and get a decent enough down payment to cover their closing costs and maybe some chunk of cash, some will do it even though they hadn't planned on it.

Are you looking to buy and REC or looking to Sell? That's the big question so that any of us can give you a more accurate answer.

Call me if you'd like to discuss.

If you're referring to agents listing homes with owner-financing as an option, yes we do. Once your home is listed, you can have the owner-financing option selected on your listing.

If you're referring to Trulia, I believe your home would need to be listed in the MLS in order for it to be added to their database.

Sellers willing to accept owner financing
and RECs do list on the MLS. There is a special field for that info and buyers can search for such sellers.
