Denver's real estate market is not in as bad a condition as many around the nation. Our days on market is (of April '07) is 109 days. The interesting part of our stats is the fact 20% of our inventory sells within the first 30 days. Builder starts are down, a typical reaction to a slow market. So probably not this summer but certainly by next summer our market will feel the changes. We may even end up in a seller's market if the inventory continues to get sold.

Thanks, Kristal! One of our agents moved to Denver a year or so ago, just after our San Diego real estate market had peaked. I hope she is doing well with her Denver real estate investment.
