Do the prices of homes fluctuate at different times of the year ?

It is all about supply and demand. Right now inventory is low and there are many buyers so we are getting multiple offer and higher prices. Traditionally the winter and holiday season the market slows down and the spring and summer months things heat up. I say traditionally since this has not been the trend for two years now. I don't think fluctuate is the correct term either since prices "trend" and go in a direction over time. I hope this helps and let me know if you have nay other questions.
