The electrical lines are way down below this property. This house sits above them on the hillside. The view looks out above those lines, way over the top of them.

BTW, this is an awesome home. Quiet, and the view off of the screened-in porch is probably one of the best the area has to offer. Also, the kitchen was made for someone who can cook, and loves to cook. Ice maker, two dishwashers, a butler's pantry, a warming oven…just fabulous. What a nice home, I checked it out.

No they do not and lines cannot be seen

Use Google earth. Read about power lines and other mistakes so many people make,, Look for Snags and Snares. Its so easy to overlook some of these. Traffic noise, shooting ranges, bus stops etc

Hi Kathy,
There are few locations here where you will be near large power lines.
I will go check out the location tomorrow just to be sure but I am 99 percent
certain that is not an issue with this property.
