Depending on the property and the activity on the property you may be able to negotiate the closings costs into the deal. If you have not written the offer or have it accepted yet, feel free to give me a call and I help you with your options.

With the current market conditions, seller's will gladly offer to pay some of the closing cost to help sell their home quickly. I am also going a step further with the seller to assist with some of the closing cost myself. Hope this helps also. http://www.valariethompsonhomes.com

"Usually" Buyers and sellers pay their own fees. But you can always ask the seller to pay some of your closing costs. They can always say no, but if you ask, they may.

Hi Keisha,
In a normal market each would pay their own. In a buyer's market, it is normal to ask the seller to pay buyer's closing costs. Hope that helps, Walter
