Do any banks do lease options in my area. Does anyone know which if any.?

Asked by Lori Mendez, New Bedford, MA Sat Oct 13, 2012

I need a 4br but I dont want to pay more than $1000 unless its a lease option, rent to own or something like that. I am working on my credit now but It will take a year for me to fix it to the point of getting a morgage. My husbands ability to walk up and down stairs is getting more difficult and we NEED to get to a first floor.

Whether they do or don't will still need to be adjusted to your personal ability to borrow.
Call the local lenders and ask for an experienced originator.
Be patient, your deal will require time and attention that others won't.

Next, ask the same institution for the least experienced originator.
If the best won't help you, the hungriest might.

This is not an easy one to answer in a brief format. If you would like give me a call when you have an opportunity and I can discuss some options with you.
