I believe I just closed on a home about a couple of hrs ago. Reason why I say "believe" I have all this paper only my signature. As the "seller" which is a law office (foreclosure) lives in Plantation, FL. And I'm here in Tampa, Fl. I have given them the down payment cashier check. I believe I have done everything I needed to. However, I am unable to have the key until they recd the documents and determined that the "cashier check" is good (I guess) which could be late tomorrow (Thurs) or early (Fri) depending on if the notary gets the pkg to them tonite. Not only the "seller" my lender keeps sending paperwork for me to sign I had to go back to the bank's realtor ofc to sign more paperwork and coming home got a call saying my lender forgot to send some more paperwork and I need to meet her tomorrow to get those signs. So do I own a home I have no clue. Afraid to do any work in the home and moving on the 31st
